All UK deliveries is currently shipped via Royal Mail.
All international deliveries is currently shipped by our international partners.
Please allow 48 hours for all merchandise to be dispatched (excluding weekends and major holidays)
Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order.
Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout.
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order. For items listed as pre order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email info@sundayarchives.com with your order number if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. It must be free from make-up and all stains and it must not been washed or altered in any way.
To return an item, email returns@sundayarchives.com to notify us of your return/exchange. Please place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
