Founders Philosophy
Sunday Archives was created from a shared belief that movement should feel intentional, supportive, and sustainable - not rushed, performative, or disconnected.
We built this space as a response to the way modern life often asks us to move faster, do more, and push through. Instead, Sunday Archives invites you to slow down, tune in, and build strength with purpose. Strength that supports your body long-term. Movement that meets you where you are.
Our approach blends Reformer and Mat Pilates, Strength, Yoga, Mobility, and restorative practices - not as trends, but as tools. Tools to help you move better, feel stronger, and develop a deeper relationship with your body over time.
Community sits at the heart of everything we do. Not in a loud or performative way, but in the quiet consistency of showing up, moving alongside others, and feeling held in the process. This is a space where progress matters more than perfection, and where everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels right for them.
Sunday Archives is more than a studio. It’s a place to return to - week after week, season after season - as your body changes, your needs shift, and your story evolves.
