You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start. You just need to start in the right place.

IF YOU’RE NEW TO REFORMER
Start with SA | Reformer Foundations
A beginner-only reformer class designed introduce the machine with clarity, control, and confidence. This slower-paced session focuses on technique, alignment, and foundation movement patterns, allowing you to build strength and body awareness at an intentional pace. The ideal starting point before progressing into SA Sculpt and SA Strength.
Beginners only. No experience required.

IF YOU WANT THE SIGNATURE SA EXPERIENCE
Book SA | Reformer Sculpt
Our signature reformer class, strength-led, dynamic, and deeply intentional. Expect full-body sculpting through controlled flow, layered resistance, and precise sequencing designed to build strength, definition, and balance. Challenging yet refined, this is where the SA Method comes to life, and the signature burn is earned.
Not suitable for beginners. Minimum 2 SA Foundation sessions required.

IF YOU’RE READY TO LEVEL UP YOUR STRENGTH
Try SA | Strength Reformer
Our most athletic reformer class. designed to build real strength, power, and confidence.
Expect heavier springs, added weights, and purposely sequences that challenge your muscles while maintaining control and precision. This class is perfect for clients who are ready to push past the basics, deepen their practice, and feel stronger with every session.
Not suitable for beginners. Minimum 2 SA Foundation sessions required.

IF YOU PREFER MAT-BASED STRENGTH CLASSES
Choose SA | Strength Sculpt
A mat-based strength sculpt class using dumbbells to build full-body strength, control, and muscular endurance. Expect a slow, intentional burn with controlled tempo and intelligent sequencing designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge the body without rushing movement.

IF YOU PREFER MAT-BASED RESISTANCE CLASSES
Choose SA | Resistance
A mat-based class using resistance bands designed to sculpt the lower body and strengthen the core through slow, controlled band work. Expect deep glute activation, core engagement, and intentional sequencing that builds strength, stability and definition without impact. This class is all about feeling the work exactly where it matters.

IF YOU PREFER SLOWER, RESTORATIVE MOVEMENT
Choose SA | Flow & Restore (Yoga)
A grounding yoga class focused on mobility, breath, and nervous system regulation. Expect slow, intentional movement, deep stretching, and moments of stillness designed to restore balance in both body and mind.

IF YOU'RE REBUILDING AFTER BABY
Choose SA | Mum & Baby (Reformer)
A strength-focused postnatal reformer class designed to help you reconnect to your core, rebuild stability and move with confidence with baby safely beside you.
Baby remains in their pram for the duration of the session, allowing you to focus on controlled, intentional movement in a calm and supportive space.
Expect low-impact, progressive strength work tailored for motherhood.
Suitable from 6+ weeks post birth (GP clearance recommended).

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GENTLER WAY TO MOVE
Choose SA | Gentle Reformer
A supportive Reformer class designed for those to move with confidence, improve mobility, and strength at a comfortable pace.
This slower, guided session focuses on stability, balance, joint health, and controlled movement. Using the Reformer’s adjustable resistance, exercises can be adapted to suit everyone, helping you improve posture, flexibility, and overall strength in a safe and encouraging environment.
Perfect for those returning to movement, wanting a gentler class, or looking to maintain strength and mobility as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Suitable for ages 60+. No Reformer experience required.
